Approached by a short driveway from the quiet country road. The grounds are set amongst fields of corn and sweet corn wtih the wooded river valley in the distance. Barbecue facilities are provided, sit out on one of the terraces in the sun or relax in our shady orchard.

The interior consists of:
Ground Floor:
Entrance hall, large fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, woodburner. Large table and bench seats, ample cupboard space.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with built in wardrobe, c of d, cubicle shower and vanity unit.

1st Floor: Comfortably furnished and fully carpeted lounge with log effect electric fire in original old fireplace, English free to view T.V. French T.V., DVD and video players.
Large French windows for views. Designed for comfort.

Bedroom 2: Fully carpeted with double bed, built in wardrobe, pine c of d, dressing table and sink.

Bathroom: With usual facilities, including full sized bath with shower.

2nd Floor:
Bedroom 3: Double bed, c of d, wooden floor with large rug and beamed ceiling with velux window.

Bedroom 4:
Two single beds, bedside cabinets, c of d, wooden floor with large rug and beamed ceiling with two velux windows.

There is a cot in one of the rooms and convector heaters in all rooms.

The landing has a large airing cupboard with electric immersion heater.
